I strongly believe that people whosay they don’t have any regrets are bullshitting.
The point of having regrets is to learn.
If you don’t regret anything, you just do the same fucking shit all over.
Never learn.
I also think “following your heart” is total BS.
The heart doesn’t tell you anything.
It doesn’t help you make desicions and phrases like “with all my heart” should be nothing more than figures of speech.
All the heart is going to do for you is keep you alive.
When I felt regret, I felt pain and sadness towards the action I held in regret. Now when I “should” have regret for certain actions/words I say “fuck it. It’s in the past, don’t screw up so royally in the future.” I do not lament or think back on the action with regret. I seperate the emotions from the learning and don’t feel the pain of regret.
So no. I do not feel regret and I still learn from my mistakes
